Job summary

Croissants and Coffee Club Corporation in Cebu invites a Finance Staff to join our growing cafe and bakery group. You will support daily transactions, keep books organized, and collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure smooth financial flow.

The role offers hands-on training with QuickBooks or Xero, a chance to learn core accounting practices, and pathways for growth. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of accounting or finance-related experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable using MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and receivable - recording, monitoring, and processing payments accurately.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, ledger entries, and financial record-keeping.
• Support month-end and year-end closings and help prepare financial reports.
• Organize and maintain accounting documents and digital files.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the finance team as needed.
