Job summary

Infinit-O in the Philippines is seeking a Financial Reporting specialist to join the team. You will participate in all financial reporting processes and regulatory capital calculations for the holdings company and its entities, and prepare quarterly management packs with Balance Sheet and P&L analyses.

The role involves cash forecasting for international entities and supporting audits and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Highly organized with excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent English communication (oral and written).
• Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and a team player.
• Willing to report to a late mid-shift schedule (5PM–2AM/6PM–3AM).

Responsibilities

• Participate in all financial reporting processes and regulatory capital calculations for the client's holdings company and its entities.
• Prepare and review quarterly management reporting packs including Balance Sheet and P&L of the consolidated holdings company.
• Conduct periodic cash forecasting for the client's international entities.
• Support audit and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions (US, UK, Australia, Denmark, Hong Kong, Germany, India).
• Maintain updated process documentation and assist with related processes as required.

Job description

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participation in all financial reporting processes and regulatory capital calculation activities and compliance of the client's holdings company and its entities

• Quarterly preparation and review of management reporting pack which includes the Balance Sheet and P&L of the consolidated holdings company

• Periodic cash forecasting for the international entities of the client

• Provision of support for audit and regulatory compliance of all entities which includes but are not limited to US, UK, Australia, Denmark, HongKong, Germany, and India

• Compliance with the preparation and maintenance of updated process documentations

• Any related process as required by the client

Qualifications:

• The candidate should have a very good working knowledge on financial reporting.

• Knowledge on US GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance is an advantage.

• The ideal candidate has the ability to use basic to intermediate MS Excel functionalities (e.g. pivot, vlookup, sumif formulas and the like), and other MS Office applications.

• Must be highly organized, with excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively

• Excellent command of the English language - oral and written

• Must be proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and a team player

• Committed to report on a late mid-shift schedule 5PM to 2AM/ 6PM to 3AM

Education and Experience:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy.

• Accounting professionals with at least 1 year of related experience and Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Certified Public Accountant is preferred.
