Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. in Taguig, Philippines is seeking a dedicated professional to serve as the primary contact for clients undergoing retail account closure, coordinating with Dealing Desk, Finance, and Operations to ensure a seamless process.

You will liaise with external brokers for share transfers, verify signatures, monitor progress against SLAs, and handle invoice preparation and settlements, while ensuring regulatory and internal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with external brokers for share transfers and coordinate with transfer agents for the upliftment of shares as part of the account closure requirements
• Verify client signatures and documentation to ensure all closure requests comply with established regulatory and internal procedures
• Monitor the progress of account closures from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
• Perform Finance and Operations functions, including preparation of invoice, settlements of trades (payment/collections and delivery/receipt of shares)
