Job description

The role supports day-to-day deliverables while progressively developing technical finance knowledge, systems capability, analytical judgment, business partnering skills, and readiness for future specialist or professional positions. Assignments may change to provide balanced exposure, address organizational priorities, and accelerate the Cadet’s professional growth.

The position forms part of the BFA talent development program and is intended to create well-rounded finance professionals capable of supporting various finance disciplines and contributing to the organization's long-term success.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, Financial Management, Banking and Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Fresh graduates and high-potential early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.

Internship, on-the-job training, academic projects, or work exposure in accounting, audit, tax, treasury, FP&A, data analytics, ERP systems, or process improvement is an advantage.

Technical:

• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles, the accounting cycle, journal entries, account reconciliations, general ledger processes and financial reporting.

• Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 applications.

• Ability to prepare spreadsheets, account schedules, reconciliations, reports, presentations, and basic financial analyses.

• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another ERP system is an advantage.

• Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, data visualization, or other analytical and automation tools is an advantage.
