Job summary

Arch Global Services Philippines is seeking a Finance Analyst to handle tax preparation and filing, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness in a night-shift role (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH time). You will process tax-related transactions and support overall tax functions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and accounting systems. A BS in accounting/finance is required; CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent). CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Quarterly and annual Municipal tax returns
• Prepare weekly FICA deposit report & check request
• Prepare Quarterly FICA returns
• Prepare semi-weekly FET deposits
• Prepare and file Quarterly FET returns
• Process wire transfer requests for tax payments
• Kentucky Municipal Tax - PosiTax reconciliations
• Process journal entries
• Electronic filings of premium tax and assessments
• Copying, Scanning & Filing of premium tax returns
• Processing check request to CoreIntegrator
• Process state income tax payments
• Mailing and filing of state income tax returns
• Prepare supporting documents for premium tax returns

Job Summary

The finance analyst is responsible for preparation and filing of various tax returns. The candidate will process and reconcile tax related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The candidate will provide support.

Job Responsibilities
