Job summary

Arch Global Services Philippines is seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst to support day-to-day AP operations, ensuring supplier invoices and payment requests are processed accurately and on time. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders and the UK Finance team to maintain records and enforce controls.

You will help resolve invoice discrepancies, maintain supplier data, and uphold internal policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and other finance teams to facilitate timely invoice processing, maintain accurate supplier records, and contribute to the efficient delivery of accounts payable services.
