Private Advertiser in Quezon City is seeking a Finance Analyst (Cost Accountant) to own the financial planning and development of travel packages—from product design and supplier bidding to budget management and cost control.

You will collaborate with Travel Advisors and stakeholders to ensure each trip is properly costed, documented, reconciled, and delivered within the approved budget; CPA is an advantage and 2–3 years in cost accounting or related finance roles is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related finance role.
• Experience in budget monitoring, cost analysis, reconciliation, and financial controls.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple trips and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in a travel agency or travel-related company is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare timely and accurate Trip Proposals based on approved contracts.
• Prepare and maintain Trip Working Files for each trip.
• Monitor budget adherence and ensure proper financial controls throughout the trip.
• Conduct weekly reconciliation of trip-related financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with bidding processes and required documentation.
• Monitor and document approved deviations for every trip.
• Ensure compliance of all trip-related personnel with established policies and requirements.
• Work closely with Travel Advisors to promptly address and resolve trip-related concerns.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Finance Analyst (Cost Accountant) who will take ownership of the financial planning and development of travel packages—from product/package design and supplier bidding to budget management, cost control, and trip actualization.

The role will work closely with Travel Advisors and other stakeholders to develop competitive and financially viable travel packages while ensuring that every trip is properly costed, documented, reconciled, and delivered within the approved budget.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate Trip Proposals based on approved contracts




• Prepare and maintain Trip Working Files for each trip




• Monitor budget adherence and ensure proper financial controls throughout the trip

About you

• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools




• Strong attention to detail and accuracy




• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
