Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila Inc. is seeking a Finance professional to handle cash management, treasury, reconciliations and month-end close. You will prepare journal entries, manage external vendor payments, and ensure compliance across tax and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in General and Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Tax and Statutory Payment, Month end closing and Treasury & Cash Management functions.
• Must be keen to details.
• Highly analytical.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Cash Management and Treasury functions.
• Perform Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation and Month end Closing; prepare journal entries.
• Execute automatic payment runs for External Vendors and all Finance Invoices; GRIR clearing and analysis.
• Provide Intercompany support and validation of Receipts of Employee Reimbursements.
• Ensure Tax and Statutory Compliance; support Internal and External Audit.
• Assist Government Regulatory Compliance & Reporting; perform ad hoc tasks per FRM policies.
