Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila Inc. is seeking a senior finance professional to oversee cash management, treasury operations, and month-end close. You will prepare journal entries, reconcile balances, and ensure timely processing of payments to external vendors.

The role requires at least 5 years in general and financial accounting, AP and tax, with strong analytical skills. A hybrid work setup, HMO on hire, and a values‑driven culture support work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in general and financial accounting, accounts payable, tax and treasury functions.
• Experience with month-end closing and journal entries.
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash management and treasury operations and prepare journal entries.
• Perform month-end closing and GRIR analysis.
• Process external vendor payments and other finance invoices.
• Ensure tax and statutory compliance and support audits.
• Provide intercompany support and assist regulatory reporting.

Job Description

Responsible in Cash Management and Treasury functions, Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation, Month end Closing and preparation of journal entries, Automatic payment run of External Vendors and all Finance Invoices, GRIR clearing and analysis, Intercompany support, Validation of Receipts of Employee Reimbursements, Tax and Statutory Compliance, supports Internal and External Audit, Government Regulatory Compliance & Reporting and ad hoc jobs in adherance to company policies and FRM.

Qualifications
