• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance and administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting standards, tax regulations, and governance.
• Experience using PowerBI and Xero.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance team in managing the company’s accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, tax compliance, and general ledger functions.
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Manage relationships with external partners such as banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other financial institutions.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Supervise the Office Administration team and oversee procurement, vendor management, facilities management, and records management.
• Develop and implement administrative policies and SOPs across all locations.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements in all office operations.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to Finance and Administration teams; foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve office and cost effectiveness in financial and administrative operations.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
