Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge or training in Inventory Management.
• Knowledge or training in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate handling of financial, inventory, and admin records.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with staff.

Responsibilities

• Safeguards petty cash and prevents loss or theft.
• Maintains accountability records for company assets.
• Performs periodic physical counts and verifications.
• Monitors employee cash advances and related records.
• Checks third-party Material Handler attendance and performance.
• Prepares daily summaries with required signatures.
• Consolidates reports into monthly submission to Head Office Finance.
• Participates in monthly inventory counts and ensures proper procedures.
• Assists in reconciliation of inventory variances.
• Maintains inventory records and supporting documents.
• Coordinates billing invoices with clients at the plant.
• Follows up on outstanding client billings and collections.
