Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
• 5 years of accounting/finance or accounts payable experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and reimbursements accurately and on time.
• Verify supporting documents before payment processing.
• Prepare payment requests and coordinate payment schedules.
• Monitor accounts payable aging and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain vendor records and documentation.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities and journal entries.
• Support account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Assist external audit and tax compliance as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Support the preparation of management reports.
