Job summary

Ben Edictio Search is seeking a Finance Manager in the Philippines. The role requires strong accounting and tax expertise with leadership experience. Hybrid setup with one onsite day per week currently (Friday) and potential for more onsite days.

Specific Position: Finance Manager

• College graduate / Accountancy
• CPA or a CMA.
• Flexible to work on a DAYSHIFT schedule
• Must be willing to work on a Hybrid set-up: Right now it is 1x per week onsite (Friday) only (until further notice) but most be flexible also to 2-3 days onsite in the future (no specific date if when or if they will really increase their onsite days)
• Open to work overtime if needed
• At least 5 years of hands-on /relevant experience with finance, taxation, audit and accounting.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience (prefer: as manager)
