The successful candidate will lead in budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of financial statements and management reports, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency across all accounting

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in accounting is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential financial information.

Aufgaben

• Record, verify, and reconcile financial transactions accurately.
• Lead the preparation of financial statements, accounting reports, and management reports.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of actual expenses and revenues against budgets.
• Analyze budget variances and prepare financial data for management review.
• Process and review invoices, payments, checks, and other financial documents.
• Assist with bank transactions, reconciliations, and coordination with financial institutions.
• Support tax compliance and preparation of documents for government agencies.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Lead in improving accounting processes and systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
