Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Finance Associate Manager to support key finance and accounting activities, with emphasis on tax and/or accounting operations, financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. The role collaborates with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include handling day-to-day finance tasks, preparing reports, assisting in tax compliance, and supporting month-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial and accounting reports.
• Assist in tax compliance, tax reporting, and other tax-related requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of financial and tax-related documents.
• Review financial transactions and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties on accounting and tax-related concerns.
• Monitor account balances, schedules, and other financial information.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
• Support process improvements and other finance-related projects.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
