Job summary

Lambert Williams Logistics, Inc. in Makati is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to join our finance team. You will assist in preparing financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, support payroll processing, and help with budgets and forecasts.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a Bachelor or Associate degree in accounting or finance, proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, and strong accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• minimum of 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role; some positions may require up to 5 years or specific industry experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems essential for processing invoices and managing accounts.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of various payment methods (e.g., checks, electronic transfers) and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist to prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.
• Assist with payroll processing and related compliance.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare documents and apply for various permits such as business permit, building PTI & PTO, and etc.
