• Ability to use GPS, mapping applications, mobile devices, and other field-verification tools.

Job Description:

• The Field Verification Officer is responsible for conducting field visits and validating the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of information provided by customers, applicants, employees, or other concerned parties. The role involves gathering factual information through interviews, observations, document checking, and site verification, then preparing accurate and objective reports for management decision-making.
• This role conducts independent field verification on all information declared on-boarding system being assigned to him/her.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant field investigation or verification experience may also be considered.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in field verification, investigation, credit investigation, auditing, collection, sales, customer verification, or related fieldwork.
• Experience conducting interviews, site visits, or background verification is an advantage.
• Strong fact-checking and investigative skills.
• Must have Driver's License and Owned motorcycle.
• Good report-writing and documentation skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or relevant field-reporting applications.
• Ability to use GPS, mapping applications, mobile devices, and other field-verification tools.
• Willing to travel extensively and work in different field locations.
• Able to remain impartial and avoid making conclusions without sufficient evidence.
