Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Social Sciences or related field preferred.
• Candidates with field verification or investigation experience may be considered.
• 1–2 years of field verification, investigation, credit investigation, auditing, collection, sales, customer verification, or related fieldwork preferred.
• Experience conducting interviews, site visits, or background verification is an advantage.
• Strong fact-checking and investigative skills.
• Excellent observation and attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct professional interviews and obtain relevant information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good report-writing and documentation skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to use GPS, mapping apps, mobile devices and other field-verification tools.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel extensively to different field locations.

• The Field Verification Specialist s responsible for conducting field visits and validating the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of information provided by customers, applicants, employees, or other concerned parties. The role involves gathering factual information through interviews, observations, document checking, and site verification, then preparing accurate and objective reports for management decision-making.
• This role conducts independent field verification on all information declared on-boarding system being assigned to him/her.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant field investigation or verification experience may also be considered.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in field verification, investigation, credit investigation, auditing, collection, sales, customer verification, or related fieldwork.
