EMSI is seeking a Field Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain cash-handling machines. The role covers preventive maintenance, accurate documentation, safety compliance, and coordination with the technical team to ensure optimal performance.

Ideal candidates have a vocational diploma or associate degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical fields and 1–2 years of hands-on servicing experience, with willingness to travel for field assignments.

About the role

The Field Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machines to ensure optimal performance. This role involves preventive maintenance, technical documentation, safety compliance, and coordination with the technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machine issues.

• Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and machine calibration.

• Follow company procedures and safety standards.

• Document service activities, repairs, and replacement parts.

• Escalate complex technical issues to supervisors.

• Maintain service tools, equipment, and inventory.

• Coordinate with the technical team and participate in training.

About you

• Vocational diploma, technical certification, or associate degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in equipment servicing, maintenance, or technical support.

• Knowledge of troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

• Must own a motorcycle with updated registration and possess a valid driver's license, depending on assignment requirements.

• Safety training or technical certifications are an advantage.

• Willing to travel for field assignments.
