• Upon Regularization: HMO
• Intellicare 90K MBL no dependents
• Monthly Rice Allowance equals to 800 pesos
• Monthly housing subsidy allowance of 800 pesos to be paid every end of the month
• Annual Sick Leave Credits - 7 days available after 1 year upon regularization and convertible to cash every end of the year
• Annual Vacation Leave 7 days credit available after 1 year upon regularization, non cumulative and non convertible in cash.
