Job summary

WESTEAM CORPORATION in Mandaluyong is seeking a Field Service Technician to attend to maintenance and repair of customer equipment across the Philippines. This full-time role supports our service department and involves hands-on technical work at client sites.

You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, submit reports, and coordinate with customers. Travel to client sites is expected; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Two field service technicians for varied machinery.
• Working knowledge of industrial equipment and systems.
• Experience with manufacturing, process, and material handling machines.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites with a valid driver's license.
• Certification or diploma in a relevant technical field preferred.
• Electrical trade qualification, mechanical engineering diploma, or industrial maintenance certification preferred.

About the role

As a Field Service Technician, working with the company's Service Department, attends to maintenance and repair requirements of our customers. This full-time position is based in Mandaluyong City, where you will be providing technical support at clients' facilities around the Philippines.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs of manufacturing/production equipment.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
3. Submit service reports, maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities.
4. Coordinate with customers to schedule and complete service tasks in a timely manner.
5. Practice safety norms and good working conditions.

What we're looking for

1. TWO (2) Field Service Technicians keen on working technical tasks with various machinery.
2. Working knowledge of industrial equipment and systems.
