Job summary

Powertech Asia Pacific, Inc. is seeking a field service technician to install equipment, perform preventive maintenance (PMS), and complete corrective repairs at customer sites.

You will inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation, and provide professional technical assistance to customers. The ideal candidate has technical training, 1–2 years of equipment servicing experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in electrical and mechanical systems and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment on-site.
• Customer-facing roles requiring clear communication and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, PMS, and corrective repairs.
• Conduct on-site inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of technical issues.
• Perform repairs to ensure equipment operates safely and properly.
• Prepare and submit service reports accurately and promptly.
• Adhere to company safety policies and maintain tools and workspace.
