Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on specialized equipment.
• Perform precision repairs, component replacements, and system adjustments to restore client operations.
• Respond promptly to urgent service calls to minimize downtime.
• Install, set up, and test new equipment at customer facilities, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and safety calibrations according to service contracts.
• Conduct basic operational and safety training for customers on-site staff after new equipment installations.
• Complete accurate service reports, logging work hours, parts used, travel time, and client sign-offs immediately upon job completion.
• Provide clear technical feedback to the engineering or production teams regarding recurring product issues or potential design flaws observed in the field.
• Represent the company professionally, keeping clients informed about repair timelines, costs, and next steps.
• Adhere strictly to company safety regulations and client site safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and appropriate PPE usage.
