Job summary

DAIKIN AIRCONDITIONING PHILIPPINES INC is seeking a Service Technician to provide technical service, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and installation support for Daikin air-conditioning systems in the Davao area.

You will inspect and service Daikin HVAC equipment, diagnose faults, perform refrigerant checks, assist installation and commissioning, and respond to service calls with timely technical solutions, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Technical/Vocational course, Associate degree, or Bachelor's degree in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably with experience in air-conditioning servicing, refrigeration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, or related technical work.
• Knowledge of refrigeration principles, electrical systems, and air-conditioning equipment is an advantage.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel within Davao and nearby areas as required.
• Valid driver’s license is a must and may be required depending on assigned service activities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, testing, and maintenance of Daikin air-conditioning equipment and systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure proper operation.
• Diagnose problems via systematic checks of electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control components.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, testing, and start-up of equipment and systems.
• Respond to service calls within the Davao territory with appropriate technical solutions.
• Prepare service and inspection reports and maintenance records accurately and on time.
