Job summary

Solenis is seeking an on-site Water Treatment Technician to deliver water treatment services, perform analyses, inspect equipment, and support customer facilities across the Northern Area of the Philippines.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided. Valid driver’s license required, with field-based responsibilities. Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• PRC Licensed Chemical Technician preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
• 1–2 years of experience in water treatment, field service, or related technical work is an advantage.
• Knowledge of water analysis, cooling/boiler water treatment, and plant equipment.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Valid LTO Driver's License (Code B/NPL).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct water testing, analysis, and sample collection for laboratory evaluation.
• Monitor and maintain cooling water and boiler water treatment programs.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair chemical dosing and monitoring equipment.
• Perform cooling tower cleaning and disinfection activities.
• Assist in system start-ups and troubleshooting at customer sites.
• Handle, store, and transport treatment chemicals safely in accordance with company procedures.
• Prepare service reports and communicate findings to customers and supervisors.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with all safety requirements.
