Hach Lange Spain SLU is seeking a field-based technician to ensure timely service at customer sites, manage work orders, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. The role requires travel up to 7 days per month, strong electronics know-how, and fluent English.

You will operate from Madrid, collaborating with a global team and benefiting from onboarding, professional training, and opportunities for career development within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Review today’s/work orders in calendar and plan upcoming days.
• Travel to customer site with required materials.
• Interact with customers, listen actively, perform the job, and provide feedback.
• Prepare and submit reports, close the work orders, and prep for next day.

Responsibilities

In this role, a typical day will look like: Look at your calendar for today´s and next day´s work orders. Manage the material needed. Drive to customer site. Talk with the customer, be an active listener, perform the job and give a feedback to the customer. Do the report, close the WO, relax and be ready for the next day!!

En esta posición, un día normal de trabajo sería: Mirar el calendario para revisar las Ordenes de trabajo de hoy y de las próximas semanas. Pedir material o cogerlo del almacen. Conducir hasta las instalaciones del cliente. Hablar con el cliente, tener escucha activa, realizar el trabajo y dar un feedback al cliente de los trabajos realizados. Hacer el informe, cerrar la orden de trabajo, relajarse y estar preparado para el siguiente día de trabajo!!

Requirements
