Brew Master International Incorporated is seeking a Field Salesman (Booking Salesman) in Metro Manila, Muntinlupa. The role covers the full sales cycle from prospecting to order management, ensuring product availability and pricing compliance for outlets.

It includes securing trade deals, tracking KPIs, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations. The position requires at least a 2-year college education, sales knowledge, and a minimum of 2 years in FMCG sales, plus a Professional

• Merchandising: Deploy promotional materials and train outlet owners.
• Sales: Monitor inventory levels and boost sales performance.
• Order Management: Process orders and handle returns.
• Delivery & Collection: Ensure timely delivery and payment collection.

About this Role

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Identify and develop new outlet opportunities

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Saturday

• Time: 6:0 AM to 3:00 PM

Qualifications & Competencies Needed:

• At least a 2‑year college education in any course (Undergraduate with TOR)

• Preferably with knowledge in Sales

• Minimum of 2 years solid sales experience, ideally in the FMCG industry

• Holder of Professional Driver's License with Restriction Code of A, A1, B, B1 and B2
