Qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing, especially in acquiring and handling clients.
• Experience in credit investigation and collection.
• Willing to conduct regular client visits and fieldwork within the assigned area.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own motorcycle.
• Comfortable communicating with pensioners and promoting SSS and GSIS Pension Loan products.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular client visits within the assigned area to identify and acquire potential pensioner clients.
• Promote and explain SSS and GSIS Pension Loan products to prospective clients.
• Conduct credit investigation and client assessment as part of loan processing.
• Perform collection and follow-up activities for assigned clients and accounts.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients through field marketing, referrals, and personal visits.
