Job summary

Suki Financing Corporation is looking for a Field Sales Representative / Loan Officer to join our branch network. The role covers multiple areas including Capas, TARLAC and surrounding municipalities, with the requirement to stay in the assigned branch from Monday to Friday.

You will motivate groups, provide loans to members, and manage disbursements, collections, and weekly center meetings. Strong communication, negotiation, and goal-driven mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and form new groups (clients/members).
• Provide loans to members to help them start or expand their businesses.
• Manage loan disbursements, collections, documentation, and weekly center meetings.
• Implement orientation for new members.
• Maintain good relationships with clients (new & existing).
