Job summary

J-K Network Services, Philippines, seeks a proactive Field Sales Specialist to boost dealer performance across the Visayas region. You will track sales targets, drive localized sales and marketing efforts, and collaborate with service managers.

Requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in after-sales or field sales, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the region. Automotive industry/dealer network experience is advantageous; able to start ASAP.

• Collaborate with Service Managers to enhance workshop efficiency, streamline parts inventory management, and improve CSI performance.
• Perform routine dealer audits and Business Health Checks to maintain profitability, operational excellence, and adherence to global company standards.
• Deliver hands-on dealership support, coaching, and performance management throughout the Visayas region.
