Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking field sales personnel to actively promote HC products at POS and drive retail partnerships in Manila. You will guide customers through applications for consumer finance, handle documentation, and ensure compliance with policies while representing HC professionally.

Ideal candidates have frontline sales experience and a high school diploma, with a strong focus on meeting sales plans and maintaining a positive store image.

Qualifications

• Preferably with sales/frontline/field sales experience (Sales or Retail work quota like Salesclerk, Saleslady/Salesman)
• At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10

Responsibilities

• Involves FIELD WORK. Actively selling and promoting HC products for retail clients at POS.
• Assist and guide customer to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services.
• Prepare clients documentation, collecting of information and working with the system.
• Take responsibility with risk arising on signed contract.
• Keep good image of HC at POS.
