Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor dealership sales performance and work closely with dealers to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Support the development and execution of regional sales and marketing activities to increase market presence and sales performance.
• Coordinate with Service Managers to improve service center productivity, maintain appropriate parts inventory, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular dealership visits, audits, and business performance reviews to ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company standards.
• Provide on-site guidance, coaching, and support to dealership teams to help improve their overall performance.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealers and key stakeholders within the assigned territory.
• Travel regularly within the assigned region to provide dealership support and monitor business performance.
• Prepare and submit regular reports regarding sales performance, dealer activities, and market conditions.
