Job summary

CreditAccess Philippines Financing Company, Inc. is seeking a position to assist in monitoring field operations, ensuring risk controls are in place and properly implemented.

The role also focuses on designing and implementing business operations process improvement initiatives and supporting enterprise risk management activities. The candidate will work with the Chief Risk Officer to identify, measure, monitor, and report risks, ensuring exposure remains within approved policies and limits set

Qualifications

• At least one year relevant working experience in credit operations, quality assurance, and process engineering/enhancement in a finance institution.
• Graduate of any four-year business course (preferably Industrial Engineering).
• Must be willing to travel and do field work.
• Must be willing to work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and monitors field operations if aligned with approved policies and guidelines.
• Reviews risk controls if properly implemented.
• Assists in the roll-out of operational risk management tools.
• Identifies new key risk indicators.
• Monitors, measures and reports operational risk indicators.
• Monitors and reports breaches in risk management controls and policies.
• Proposes additional risk controls.
• Analyzes business processes using methods such as gap analysis or PDCA, which will allow the identification of opportunities for improvement.
• Recommends systems and tools as it relates to process improvement/enhancements.
• Identifies and creates effective processes that will benefit the identified stakeholders.
