The role is responsible for monitoring, assessing, and mitigating operational and credit risks in the field to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The position plays a key part in maintaining portfolio quality, preventing fraud, and promoting a culture of risk awareness across branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to assess branch operations and client activities.
• Identify, evaluate, and report potential risks or policy violations.
• Assist in the investigation of irregularities and implementation of corrective measures.
• Support and train branch staff on risk awareness and compliance.
