OnePuhunan is looking for a Field Risk Coordinator to be assigned in Kidapawan City. The role is responsible for monitoring, assessing, and mitigating operational and credit risks in the field to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The position plays a key part in maintaining portfolio quality, preventing fraud, and promoting a culture of risk awareness across branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to assess branch operations and client activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and report potential risks or policy violations.
- Assist in the investigation of irregularities and implementation of corrective measures.
- Support and train branch staff on risk awareness and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to OnePuhunan’s operational and credit standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Preferably with audit experience or background in risk management, microfinance, or banking.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel and work in the field.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
