Qualifications

• Five years experience in collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent knowledge of research methods and data collection strategies.
• Strong interest in the Philippines context, especially in Mindanao.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and changing requirements.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog; knowledge of other local languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project data collection and original research activities.
• Oversee COAR’s Field Data Team in organizing research tasks.
• Coordinate research teams and ensure safety and security.
• Develop and implement training plans for Field Data Team members.
• Maintain efficient administration of data collection systems.
