IDinsight is seeking a Field Manager based in Manila, Philippines to support client-facing data collection projects across education, health, and other sectors. You will train and supervise enumerators, coordinate fieldwork schedules, and ensure data quality and protocol adherence.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3–5 years of field data collection or program coordination experience.
• Strong written and verbal English and Tagalog; fluency in Cebuano, Hiligaynon and other Filipino languages strongly preferred
• Experience working with Google Spreadsheets
• Ability to manage and account for expenses in a spreadsheet
• Strong project management and logistics skills
• Ability to work independently, while communicating closely with both internal and external team members
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Ability and willingness to work in tough conditions, including underdeveloped areas of the Philippines
• Confidence and willingness to work with both local and foreign teammates, including giving and receiving direct feedback
• Ability to coach and manage enumerators

Aufgaben

• Thoroughly understand IDinsight study protocols and assist in data collection prep
• Coordinate with field team on budget, schedules, and enumerator logistics
• Supervise enumerators to ensure data quality and protocol adherence
• Translate and transcribe interviews as needed and conduct spot checks for quality
• Assist in documenting best practices and reporting on field activities
