About The Role

What You'll Be Doing

• Recruit a team of skilled workers, including carpenters, masons, and laborers, etc.
• Communicate effectively with HR and project managers to ensure alignment and timely resolution of manpower requirements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of manpower deployment.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with different organization for local recruitment activities, provincial hiring, etc.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Foreman or in a similar construction supervisory role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
