What you'll be doing

• Recruit a team of skilled workers, including carpenters, masons, and laborers, etc.
• Communicate effectively with HR and project managers to ensure alignment and timely resolution of manpower requirements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of manpower deployment.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with different organizations for local recruitment activities, provincial hiring, etc.
