Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with advanced Excel/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end quality performance across warehouse operations.
• Conduct regular warehouse visits and perform floor audits.
• Identify potential quality risks and recommend preventive actions.
• Lead structured root cause analysis for major quality issues.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance across all warehouses.
• Provide direction and coaching to QM Supervisors.
