Job summary

AMHI is seeking a QA Staff (Field Quality Support) to assist in field inspections and ensure telecom installations meet QA standards. The role involves documenting field activities, supporting site validations, and coordinating with field teams to ensure compliance with QA checklists.

Ideal candidates have a 2- or 4-year technical course, 1–2 years field or QA support experience, and a willingness to perform fieldwork.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year technical course is accepted.
• 1–2 years of field work or QA support experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of telecom installation or construction is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting basic site inspections and quality checks.
• Document field activities through photos and reports.
• Support QA Officer during site validation and audits.
• Check compliance of field work based on QA checklist.
• Report defects, errors, and deviations from standards.
• Maintain QA records and documentation files.
• Coordinate with field teams for inspection requirements.
• Perform other QA-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
