Job summary

AMHI in the Philippines seeks a QA Staff to support field quality inspections, documentation, and reporting to ensure telecom installations and operations meet required standards.

You will assist in site inspections, document field activities, and support QA Officers during audits, while maintaining QA records and coordinating with field teams to ensure compliance with QA checklists.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course (technical course is an advantage).
• 1–2 years field work or QA support experience.
• Basic knowledge of telecom installation or construction is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting basic site inspections and quality checks.
• Document field activities through photos and reports.
• Support QA Officer during site validation and audits.
• Check compliance of field work based on QA checklist.
• Report defects, errors, and deviations from standards.
• Maintain QA records and documentation files.
• Coordinate with field teams for inspection requirements.
• Perform other QA-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
