Job summary

CONCREAT HOLDINGS PHILIPPINES INC. seeks an Operator to run and monitor the Vertical Raw Mill and related equipment, ensuring continuous feeding to meet production targets.

You will perform inspections, autonomous maintenance, record-keeping, and coordinate with the team to prevent downtime, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Based in Antipolo, this role requires at least 1 year in manufacturing or cement settings and willingness to be assigned locally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Engineering graduates preferred (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics and Communication).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or cement industry.
• Knowledgeable in MS Applications.
• Willing to be assigned in Antipolo.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain the Vertical Raw Mill and auxiliary equipment to ensure continuous feeding and production requirements.
• Conduct running and shutdown inspections; perform autonomous maintenance; file checklists; coordinate equipment status and turnover reports.
• Immediately report problems affecting production output to attain high capacity and efficiency.
• Monitor loading of raw materials to ensure proper proportioning and quality parameters.
• Record events in logbooks and checklists; participate in departmental meetings and trainings.
• Comply with environmental, health and safety policies and ISO certification guidelines.

Job description

Job Purpose

Operate, monitor and maintain good running condition of Vertical Raw Mill and auxilliary equipment with the objective of ensuring that levels of material bins are met accordingly for continuous feeding to meet production requirements.

Main Accountabilities

Operations

Conduct running and shutdown inspection of all equipment with the aid of checklist in assigned area; Perform autonomous maintenance; file accomplished checklist; ensure sufficient availability of materials and BFO; coordinate equipment status and prepare turn-over reports; act as reliever for other field operators IN ORDER TO ensure continuous equipment operations. Performs declogging works as needed. Performs regular housekeeping in work areas. Monitor raw material deliveries.

Production Target

Immediately report any problems that can affect production output or may cause stoppage and damage on the equipment in order to attain high capacity and high operative efficiency.

Product Quality

Monitors loading of raw materials in order to ensure proper proportioning of materials to maintain the quality parameters

Reports

Accomplish all reports needed on logbooks and checklists in order to record the events and activities which will be used as an effective tool to come up with a best decision.

Environment Health and Safety

Comply to corporate policies on environmental, health and safety in order to conform with government mandated policies; maintain accident-free operation and achieve plant safety objectives
