Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is looking for a Field Operations Technician / Service Driver to join our field operations team in Metro Manila and nearby regions. The role combines hands-on site maintenance with fleet duties, covering gensets, electrical systems, and on-site troubleshooting.

You will handle preventive and corrective maintenance, fuel monitoring, and on-call dispatch, while driving service vehicles and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Technical/vocational graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related fields.
• 2–3 years hands-on experience in power systems, facility maintenance, or telecom site infrastructure.
• TESDA NC II in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on site facilities, generator sets (Gensets), automatic transfer switches (ATS), rectifiers, AC units, and electrical systems
• Respond to site outages, diagnose system faults, and carry out temporary or permanent technical repairs
• Execute fuel monitoring, diesel refueling runs, and fuel documentation
• Deploy, connect, test, and recover mobile or spare generator units during emergency site outages
• Drive service vehicles strictly following road traffic rules and internal fleet safety standards
• Log daily activity reports, ticket updates, and site photo documentation in real-time

We are seeking a reliable Field Operations Technician / Service Driver to join our field operations team. This role involves end-to-end site maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, generator operations, and driving service vehicles across assigned regional sites.

• POSITION: Field Operations Technician / Service Driver

• DEPLOYMENT: Metro Manila / North Luzon / South Luzon

• WORK SETUP: Field-based / On-site / Shifting & Emergency On-Call

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on site facilities, generator sets (Gensets), automatic transfer switches (ATS), rectifiers, AC units, and electrical systems

• Respond to site outages, diagnose system faults, and carry out temporary or permanent technical repairs

• Execute fuel monitoring, diesel refueling runs, and fuel documentation

• Deploy, connect, test, and recover mobile or spare generator units during emergency site outages

• Drive service vehicles strictly following road traffic rules and internal fleet safety standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Technical/Vocational graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related trade fields

• Experience: At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in power systems, facility maintenance, or telecom site infrastructure

• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of diesel gensets, fuel systems, AC/DC power, basic air conditioning (ACU), and electrical safety protocols

• Driving Requirement: Must possess a valid Driver's License and have proven experience in driving service/utility vehicles (Manual Transmission / L300)

• Certifications: TESDA NC II in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC is a strong advantage

• Physical & Work Readiness: Able to work outdoors, handle shifting schedules, perform emergency call-outs, and travel across regional site locations
