The role demands strong leadership, decision-making, and the ability to coordinate multiple operational teams in a fast-paced logistics environment in the Philippines. Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of related experience are required, with preference for cash logistics or security-enabled

• Experience in cash logistics, banking, security services, or field operations is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple operational teams and activities.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and make timely decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.
