Job summary

Cleanmatic Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping/Janitorial Operations Lead to oversee interviewing, training, and ongoing quality control for our on-site team in Manila.

You will ensure training modules are current and effective, and you will coordinate with sales and field teams to optimize service delivery. The role requires 1-3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and willingness to work on-site.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and TOR (Transcript of Records) required.
• On-site work in Manila; strong organizational and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct housekeeping/janitorial interviews based on CSI quality standards.
• Recommend training to enhance CSI housekeeping/janitorial competencies.
• Ensure training modules and procedures are up to date.
• Survey sites to propose supplies, tools and equipment for proposals and cost analysis.
• Create plantilla with time, area, frequency for cleaning schedules.
• Lead new projects with the Account Sales Executive.
• Lead training and assessment of new employees before deployment.
• Oversee field operations to maintain quality service as per standards.
• Suggest operational plans to improve client satisfaction and CSI advantage.
• Coordinate with FOA/OSS/TL for field operations and client servicing.
