Job summary

Responsibilities

• Planning and organization
• Responsible for supporting the on-site activation of the patient screening program
• Support administrative tasks of the patient screening program as aligned with CVRM CFT
• Comply with all regulations and policies regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of screening materials, etc. Communication and collaboration
• Engage internal and external stakeholders for alignment and coordination for the program
• Communicate project updates and reports to team members, managers, and other stakeholders
• Capture feedback and comments of the doctors/HCPs regarding ACT NOW program
• Address technical and logistical concerns of ACT NOW MDs Monitoring and tracking
• Collection of screening reports from MD Clinics and priority LGUs in different sites
• Monitor and report the progress of all patient screening program channels
• In charge of tracking and coordinating logistics for the patient screening program, including activities and collaterals
• Organizing and monitoring inventory of program resources and equipment
