Home Credit Philippines is looking for candidates who can perform field work involving door-to-door client visits for debt collection. Responsibilities include negotiating payment plans, handling any client inquiries, and meeting recovery targets.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with field experience being a plus. This position offers regular employment with mobility subsidies and various benefits after three months of service.

Qualifications

• Means of doing field visits (Motorcycle, Bicycle, e-Bike, Car, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Previous work experience is not required but field experience is a PLUS.

Responsabilités

• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Handle questions or complaints of client for his/her outstanding balance.
• Meet company target for recoveries.
