Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is looking for candidates who can perform field work involving door-to-door client visits for debt collection. Responsibilities include negotiating payment plans, handling any client inquiries, and meeting recovery targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Previous work experience is not required but field experience is a PLUS.
