Job summary

UpSkill MNL, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Consultant in Metro Manila. You will visit auto hubs and talk to shop owners and mechanics to introduce Pioneer Automoto ranges and related products. You will aim to recruit shops into programs and gather insights from each discussion.

You will compile daily and weekly reports, capturing market feedback and competitive activity to inform strategy. This is a 6-month project-based engagement requiring strong communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate or college level.
• Sales and technical competence for automotive related products.
• Basic/advanced knowledge in auto repair, chemicals and gasket related problems.
• Sales and demonstration capability.
• Customer facing skills.
• MS Word and Excel used for reporting.
• Administrative skills for report/insights capturing.

Responsibilities

• Field visit to auto hubs such as 10th Avenue Caloocan, Banawe, Libertad.
• Speak to shop owners and mechanics in the auto sector.
• Present Pioneer Automoto range and related products.
• Visit 10–12 shops per day to gather interest.
• Recruit shop owners and mechanics to programs.
• Provide daily insights reporting from discussions.
• Provide weekly coverage and conversion reports.
• Gather market insights and competitive checks in area.

• Field Visit to Specified Auto Hubs such as 10th Avenue Caloocan, Banawe, Libertad
• Speak to Shop Owners (Auto Repair/ Auto Parts Supplier) and Mechanics
• Technical Discussion/Introduction of Pioneer Automoto Range (Mighty Gasket, Liquid Gasket, OCB, RC)
• Visit Minimum 10-12 shop owners/mechanics per day.
• Successfully Recruit Shop Owners and Mechanics to below Programs
• Provide Daily Insights Reporting on shop owner/mechanic feedback per discussion.
• Provide weekly coverage report/conversion report.
• Gather Market Insights/ Voice of Customer/Competitive Check (Brand/Store Presence, Prices, Marketing Initiatives in area)

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate or college level
