Job summary

Power Mac Center is looking for a Field Merchandising Assistant who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about retail and brand execution. You’ll support Apple and third-party campaigns on the ground to ensure our stores deliver a premium customer experience.

Your daily work includes store visits, audits, and ensuring proper branding and visibility. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and store teams to coordinate events, openings, and product launches, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in merchandising, marketing, retail, or store operations is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
• Willing to conduct regular store visits and fieldwork.
• Willing to work fully onsite at Glaston Tower, Pasig City.
• Available to start immediately.
• Willing to work on weekends/holidays for store openings, events, and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Bring Apple and third-party brand programs to life across our branches.
• Conduct store visits and audits to ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Ensure proper execution and visibility of Power Mac Center and Apple branding.
• Coordinate and monitor store repairs, maintenance, and merchandising requirements.
• Conduct competitor mystery shopping and site evaluations to identify market opportunities.
• Prepare reports and provide actionable insights based on store audits.
• Support demand generation activities, marketing events, store openings, and product launches.
• Work closely with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and store teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Take on fieldwork and special projects contributing to retail and brand initiatives.
