Job summary

TerraBarn Inc. is seeking a Medical Representative/Medical Specialist to promote pharmaceutical products to medical professionals within the territory. You will build relationships, manage territory programs and contribute to sales targets.

The role requires willingness to travel, strong communication skills and a local understanding of the assigned area. Fresh graduates may be considered, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 3rd year college completed.
• Experience in field/pharma sales is preferred, fresh grads may be considered.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Cover and engage medical and paramedical professionals within the territory.
• Promote and market pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
• Manage territory programs and lead sales initiatives to meet targets.
• Build and grow relationships with medical professionals and stakeholders.
• Execute sales/marketing strategies and submit timely reports.
• Participate in training, meetings and team activities.
• Network to expand professional connections and opportunities.
• Develop existing accounts and identify new growth opportunities.
• Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and establish relationships.

About the role

Medical Representatives / Medical Specialists responsible for promoting and marketing the company's pharmaceutical products to medical and paramedical professionals within their assigned territory. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, manage territory sales programs, and contribute to the achievement of business and sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure continuous coverage and engagement with medical and paramedical professionals within the assigned territory

• Promote, introduce, and market the company's pharmaceutical products to medical professionals

• Manage territory programs and special projects to achieve targeted sales objectives

• Develop, maintain, and grow strong business relationships with medical professionals and other stakeholders

• Implement sales and marketing strategies and submit accurate and timely reports

• Participate in company training, developmental programs, meetings, and team activities

• Participate in networking activities and programs to expand professional relationships

• Cultivate existing accounts and identify opportunities for business growth

• Identify and develop relationships with strategic Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

• Perform other field-related responsibilities as required

About you

• Bachelor's Degree graduate or at least completed 3rd year of college

• Preferably with experience in field sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical representation, or a related field

• Fresh graduates or candidates without prior experience may be considered

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in using MS Office applications

• Willing to conduct extensive fieldwork and travel within the assigned territory

• Preferably a local resident of the assigned territory or familiar with the area

• Must be flexible with working hours due to the nature of field sales and medical representative work

• Professional and presentable appearance
